TRENTON, Mo. - A wrecking ball will be making it's way to northern Missouri later this year.
At Monday night's meeting, the Trenton City Council approved a $53,000 contract with Perkins Dozing to tear down nine residential buildings.
Unfortunately, City Administrator Ron Urton says they don't know how many buildings they can tear down until they figure out some additional costs.
Also happening at the meeting, the city council discussed and approved a $56,500 loan with Farmer's Bank of Northern Missouri for the lease-purchase of two police cars.
