GRANT CITY, Mo. - A license office in our listening area will be closing it's doors next month. According to a news release from the Missouri Department of Revenue, the license office in Grant City will close after July 15.
License offices are operated by independent contractors, which means a bid for the office will be put out by the state. But until then, the state encourages customers to visit a nearby license office for their needs.
The closest license offices are in Maryville, Stanberry, Bethany and Princeton.
