WEST DES MOINES, Iowa - One area grocery chain recently announced a donation to help out families impacted by the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Texas.
Hy-Vee announced that they would donated $100,000 to the victims' families and others who were impacted by the tragedy last month.
The grocery chain is also encouraging people to donate to the Spirit of Giving Fund in Texas, which was established after Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
