MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 21-year-old Iowa woman is in serious condition after a wreck in Nodaway County.
The Patrol says Jordyn Miller of Glenwood was driving a 2017 Ford pick-up truck on U.S. Highway 71, two miles north of Maryville. At 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, authorities say the Ford struck another vehicle that was being towed.
The Ford left the highway, went airborne over a creek, continued through a barb wire fence and stopped in a corn field. Miller, who was wearing her seatbelt, was taken to Mosaic in Saint Joseph with serious injuries.
