CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says a Chillicothe fugitive is under arrest after fleeing the area.
The Sheriff's Office says 58-year-old Todd Michael Buss, who was wanted for alleged unclassified felony rape or attempted first degree rape, was arrested Thursday in California.
Authorities say Buss committed the alleged crimes back in 2021 and has been on their most wanted list since March 11 of this year. Buss is currently waiting for his out-of-state extradition.
