MDC reminds residents about upcoming frogging season

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - As the summer hops along, the Missouri Department of Conservation would like to remind everyone that public frogging season begins at sunset on June 30.

Jill Pritchard, News Services Coordinator for the M-D-C, says people between the ages of 15 and 65 will need either a small games or fishing permit, while children 15 and under, and residents 65 and older, can do it free of charge
