SAVANNAH, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a St. Joseph teenager is in serious condition after a single-vehicle wreck in Andrew County.

The Patrol says 19-year-old London Ramseier was driving a 1998 Toyota S-U-V on Route D-D, about five miles south of Savannah.

Authorities say around 4:24 a.m. Sunday, the SUV left the road and overturned. Ramseier, who wasn't wearing a seat belt, was taken to Mosaic Hospital in St. Joseph with serious injuries.
