MARYVILLE, Mo. - The city of Maryville is hoping to get selected for nearly half a dozen grants.
At it's latest meeting, the Maryville city council approved five resolutions regarding grant opportunities with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
City Manager Greg McDanel adds the fifth and final grant application that was approved was for the East Thompson Trail.
The deadline to apply is July 15. No word yet on when city officials could hear back on if they secured the grants.
