NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - One Nebraska town has decided it is time for them to take charge when it comes to ambulance billing.
At it's latest meeting, the Nebraska City Council began the process of internalizing their ambulance billing process which City Administrator Louis Leone says includes letting go of their billing services company, Quick Med Claims.
Leone adds that this is just one step in the council's plan to internalize systems within the council, to make the city more cost effective to manage.KXCV-KRNW
