SKIDMORE, Mo. - A Nebraska man is suspected of misdemeanor DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the road after an accident in Nodaway County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 44-year-old Michael Gaa of Omaha was driving an A-T-V on 280th Street about five miles east of Skidmore.

Around 12:20 a.m. Sunday, the Patrol says he lost control of the ATV which overturned several times after veering off the road.

Gaa was taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph with moderate injuries. No other details about this incident have been released.
