TABOR, Iowa - One Iowa city is planning to flush it's hydrants this week. According to a press release from Tabor city officials, the hydrant flushing will happen tomorrow and Wednesday.
Officials say water discoloration may happen during or immediately after they begin flushing hydrants. If this happens, officials say you should run cold water until it is clear.
The city also suggests that you should check the hot water incase the discolored water went through the water heater.
