Maryville City Council approves preliminary engineering study

MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Maryville City Council is taking a look at a potential road project that could be years in the making.

At Monday night's meeting, the city council agreed to a preliminary engineering study with SK Design Group for the South Avenue corridor, between Icon Road and U.S. Highway 71.

City Manager Greg McDanel told KXCV/KRNW that a study like this was done years ago before the start of the South Main project currently underway.
