South Avenue at Main to close August 8

A lengthy, and major closure has been delayed yet again in Maryville.

City Manager Greg McDanel says South Avenue at South Main will now be closed, starting on August 8th, for about six weeks.

Delivery days on construction material are the reason behind the second delay. McDanel adds that all impacted businesses will remain accessible during next month's construction. He reminds drivers that reduced speeds will be crucial for ensuring safe turning to and from businesses.
