BETHANY, Mo. - Green energy could save you money in one Missouri city. At it's latest meeting, the Bethany Board of Aldermen discussed a bill dealing with net metering.
City Administrator Jake Taylor says they didn't have a bill like this in place, which is a requirement by the Missouri Public Utility Alliance.
The Board passed the bill, and now the Board will decide what kind of credits to hand out for people who have net meters. That could be decided in the next two to three weeks.
