NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - At the latest Nebraska City City Council meeting, the council lowered the rate for EMS Rescue.
City Administrator Louie Leone says the council approved an agreement with Elavon for an EMS Billing Service payment process, in which they would bring the billing and credit card charging in-house.
In other news, the budget is going down in property taxes and debt levy rates.
