ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - After years of planning, work is set to begin soon on a new building in St. Joseph. Mosaic Life Care Foundation says their Children's Discovery Center will be located near 5th and Felix in downtown St. Joseph.
Foundation President Dr. Julie Gaddie says they considered several locations.
She adds they also wanted a location where people can view the Missouri River from the rooftop.
The center will feature over 15 core exhibits, a gift shop, cafe, and several features. The center is expected to open in Fall 2024.
