JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Agriculture wants farmers to stay safe.
That's why the MDA is encouraging everyone in agriculture to attend one of AgriSafe's free webinars September 19-23.
The webinars will cover topics like tractor and roadway safety, wildfire and heat safety, injury prevent, mental health help, and more.
The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health says about 100 ag workers suffer a lost-work-time injury every day.
More information, as well as a way to sign up for the webinar classes, is at agrisafe.org/nfshw.
