CONCEPTION JUNCTION, Mo. - A Kansas City man was arrested after a crash in Nodaway County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Robert McNutt, 43, was arrested after a crash on Mint Road, near 300th Street in Conception Junction, around 7 p.m. Tuesday evening.
The Patrol says McNutt was arrested and now faces multiple charges, including: resisting arrest creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death to any person, two counts of felony failure to register as a sex offender, speeding, failing to stop for a stop sign, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner resulting in an accident, driving while license suspended, second or third offense, displaying or possessing plates of another, carrying no insurance and not wearing a seat belt.
No other details were released.
