New MO election laws confuse residents and election officials

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Some new voting restrictions in Missouri are confusing voters and even election officials.

An election law, which went in effect on Aug. 28, prohibits compensating people for voter registration activities and soliciting absentee ballot applications, but what does soliciting absentee ballot applications mean?
