ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The city of St. Joseph will be helping residents "Take Back the Night" next month.
The event, scheduled for Monday, Oct. 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the YWCA in St. Joseph, will raise awareness about the impact of domestic violence.
CEO for the YWCA Tammy Killin says attendants will hear from experts and receive information about the effects of domestic violence.
