Area businesses and organizations provide assistance in FL

Several businesses and organizations in the KXCV/KRNW listening area are sending help or are already helping in Florida after Hurricane Ian.

Missouri volunteers with the American Red Cross are providing assistance in Florida and Puerto Rico, despite the difficulties of moving around the storm damage.

In Iowa, Hy-Vee deployed its Disaster Relief Fleet to Florida. According to a press release from the grocery chain the fleet includes Hy-Vee's mobile water system, two rapid response pickup trucks, and semis filled with food, water and supplies.
