Chillicothe city council approves residency requirement changes

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - Changes are coming to Chillicothe. At it's latest meeting, the City Council approved changing their residency requirements for emergency personnel, including EMS and the police department.

City Administrator Roze Frampton adds that the City Council recently purchased new body cameras for every police officer with COVID funds and the regular budget.

Frampton says these are better body cameras because they have more storage on the iCloud, so it's a better protection for both officers and citizens.
