Maryville city council approves new cemetery software

MARYVILLE, Mo. - A Maryville-owned cemetery is moving into the future. At Monday night's brief meeting, the Maryville City Council approved a contract with CemSites, a cemetery management software company.

City Manager Greg McDanel says CemSites will give the city an online platform for record keeping at the Oak Hill cemetery.

The contract is worth about $25,000, with an annual licensing fee of about $4,300.
