ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Two vaccines that had been unavailable are now available at one city's clinic. The two new vaccines at the City of St. Joseph Health Department protect against shingles and HPV.
Clinic supervisor Holly Hazard says that making vaccines like this available to those without insurance is important for keeping the community healthy.
No appointment is necessary, and there is no out of pocket charge, simply check in Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., with shot records and health insurance cards if applicable. Supplies of the shingles vaccine is limited.
