St. Joseph health department hosting vaccine clinic

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The city of St. Joseph Health Department will be offering a free vaccine clinic.

Starting tomorrow at 9 a.m., and lasting through noon, residents can get their flu and COVID-19 vaccines at the Civic Arena in downtown St. Joseph.

While no out of pocket expense will be charged, those who have privately provided health insurance, Medicare or Missouri HealthNet are asked to present their card at clinic registration.

The only brand of COVID-19 vaccine available at tomorrow's clinic is Pfizer. For more information, you can call the health department at 816-271-4725.
