Maryville city council approves water pump repairs

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Repairs will soon be made at the Maryville Water Treatment Plant. The Maryville City Council approved a $14,100 contract with Allied Systems to rebuild a service pump at the plant.

City Manager Greg McDanel adds that pump is one of three that is used to treat the water. The other two pumps will be adequate enough to help treat the water while the third pump is being repaired at the plant.
