A Northwest Missouri State University alumnus has created an annual scholarship in honor of his late wife.
Denny Sapp, a 1968 Northwest graduate, has established the Anne Morgan Sapp Dream Team Scholarship through the Northwest foundation. The scholarship, worth 1,000 dollars, will be used to assist students who qualify for the Northwest Promise, previously known as the American Dream Grant. Sapp created the scholarship after his wife's passing last summer.
