Gentry County bridge closed after inspection

BOGLE TOWNSHIP, Mo. - Missouri Department of Transportation crews have closed down a bridge in Gentry County. The Route YY bridge over Bear Creek was closed this morning following a recent safety inspection.

A project to replace the 96-year-old bridge are currently in the design and right-of-way acquisition phase. The project is scheduled to go out for contractor letting this September.
