Nodaway Chorale gearing up for spring concert

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Although there's snow on the ground, spring has sprung with the Nodaway Chorale. They will begin rehearsals next month in preparation for their spring concert in May.

Jim Rash, Music Director and Executive Director of the Nodaway Chorale. says the Chorale has chosen the theme for this spring's concert, "Cinemagic".

Rash adds that these songs reflect each generation of the Chorale's 40-plus singers. The chorus invites anyone to join, ranging from all ages, and for those interested, there are no auditions.

It is an all-volunteer chorus. Rehearsals will start at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 6 at the First Christian Church in Maryville. Rehearsals will continue each Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the same location.
