JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Agriculture says a succession plan workshop is coming to the KXCV/KRNW listening area.
The workshop will take place at the University of Missouri Extension Office in St. Joseph and is scheduled for Friday, March 10 from noon until 2:30 p.m. The workshop will help people navigate family roles and business roles in success planning to prevent conflict.
The workshop will also go over communication techniques, farm management decision making practices, and how to plan a transition from one generation to another.
MU Extension Agricultural Business and Policy specialists Wesley Tucker and Rachel Hopkins will be hosting the no-cost workshop. To learn more, or to register, visit extension.missouri.edu.
