Albany Board of Aldermen updates previously passed bill

ALBANY, Mo. - At its latest meeting, the Albany Board of Aldermen approved an amendment to a previously accepted bill.

City administrator Derek Brown says the bill was passed last year, but the board forgot to approve an amendment to the real estate donation agreement between Glenn Clark and the city.

Brown adds that the amendment is needed, as the bill required them to close on the property by the end off the 2022 calender year and that hasn't happened yet.
