PARNELL, Mo. - An ATV wreck has sent a 60-year-old Ravenwood man to the hospital with serious injuries.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says David Schmitz was riding the ATV on 220th St., three miles southwest of Parnell, around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday.
The Patrol says the ATV was backing into a field when it struck a rut, overturned, and rolled on top of Schmitz. Schmitz was taken to Mosaic in St. Joseph with serious injuries.
