ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Friends of the St. Joseph Public Library is hosting a special book sale this weekend. The sale, which will feature unique, older, and locally significant items, will start this Saturday and run through next Tuesday.

With approximately 2,500 books available, most of which have been donated, the sale promises a diverse selection. The books cover various genres, including novels, children's books, local interest, and nonfiction.

Additionally, a separate area will feature recently donated Playboy magazines dating back to the 1970s, accessible to adults only.

The Friends of the St. Joseph Public Library is a non-profit organization that aims to support the library and promote literacy in the community. For more details about the Vintage and Collectible Book Sale or to donate books, contact Crystal Stuck at 816-236-2107.
