MO State Fair to hold flag competition

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - In a heartfelt tribute to our brave servicemen and women, the Missouri State Fair is seeking nominations for the Veteran-Active Duty Military Honoree of the Day.

This initiative aims to recognize and honor the incredible individuals who have served or are currently serving our country.

From the nominations received, 11 veterans and active duty service members from Missouri will be selected to be honored in a special Military Flag Retreat ceremony held daily at the Fair.
