MSHP: Pedestrian struck by vehicle in DeKalb County

CAMERON, Mo. - A pedestrian is in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle in DeKalb County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 62-year-old Bobby Blair of St. Joseph was walking in the middle of U.S. Highway 69, just north of Cameron city limits, around 11:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities say a 2005 GMC Canyon struck the pedestrian, sending him to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries. No other details have been released.
