JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Despite the rising heat, the University of Missouri Extension is hoping you take part in the statewide initiative, 100 Miles, 100 Days.
The no-cost movement program starts Wednesday, June 21, and encourages people to increase their physical activity over the course of 100 days.
Whether it's biking, dancing, or strength training, participants can choose any activity they enjoy. The MU Extension Office says you should keep a log of your progress and set your own goal to stay motivated.
