JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The University of Missouri Extension is looking for people who are passionate about gardening. That's because the MU Extension Office's new session of online Master Gardener training begins on Monday, Aug. 14.

Led by horticulture specialists David Trinklein and Sarah Denkler, these 14 sessions cover a wide range of topics, from botany to landscape design.

The online format allows you to learn at your own pace. After completing the training, you can become a certified MU Extension Master Gardener by fulfilling 30 hours of volunteer service.

To get in on the action, you have to register by Saturday, August 13th at m-g-DOT-missouri-DOT-e-d-u.
