ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 38-year-old man named Jerry White lost his life in a single-vehicle crash just outside St. Joseph.

It happened at 10:55 p.m. Saturday when White was riding his 2019 Harley Davidson on Highway A. The Patrol says his motorcycle skidded, causing him to be ejected after it overturned.

The Buchanan County Sheriff's Office was quick to respond and provide assistance at the scene. White was rushed to Mosaic Life Care, but he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead yesterday afternoon.
