MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Historical Society and Museum is offering a unique presentation next month on war you may not have heard about.
The Museum will be hosting a presentation by Louis Jean Ellison on the 1839 border war between Missouri and Iowa, known as the Honey War.
The presentation will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 9 at the Museum in Maryville. For more information about this presentation, as well as other Museum events this summer and beyond, visit nodawaymuseum.wixsite.com.
