St. Joseph Library hosting true crime event

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - True crime enthusiasts will want to be in St. Joseph tomorrow night.

The St. Joseph Downtown Library will be hosting a True Crime Time event tomorrow at 6 P-M that explores the captivating work of the Midwest Innocence Project.

The Midwest Innocence Project is dedicated to fighting for justice and freeing innocent individuals across multiple states.

Attendees will discover the common causes of wrongful convictions and gain insight into what happens when our legal system makes mistakes.

Each month, on the fourth Thursday, the library will bring attendees a different case study, guest speaker, or a fun crime-related event.
