ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - There's almost nothing more American out there than Baseball and Big Brass Bands. On July 4, the St. Joseph Symphony Brass Band will be joining the Mustangs for an exciting evening ballgame!

Starting at 6:25 p.m. the Symphony will warm the crowd up with 15 minutes of favorites and patriotic classics, and later be leading the stadium in the national anthem.

The Symphony is one of the oldest bands in the state, with the current band having been formed in 1959 as a community orchestra.

Managing director Lori McAlister is honored to see the band playing such a landmark game, and hopes you'll stay after for the fireworks.
