The city of Creston, Iowa held a city council meeting to finalize a discussion over how the city will define a special event.
City Administrator Mike Taylor says this has been discussed at multiple meetings. He adds passage of the resolution and will benefit the community.
The council also held discussion over charges for nuisance lawns and plans to develop a new housing area over the former Pine Valley Golf location.
