Immunization clinic in St. Joseph tomorrow

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The City of St. Joseph Health Department will hold an immunization clinic tomorrow afternoon. The clinic is open to the public from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and offers vaccines for children and youth ages four through 18.

No pre-registration is required for this walk-in clinic. The health department is working with community partners to reach school-aged children during the summer and ensure they have the required vaccinations.

Families are encouraged to comply earlier to avoid back-to-school overwhelm. Children entering pre-school, kindergarten, 8th, and 12th grades should have their immunization records reviewed and may need vaccine boosters.

Immunizations are also available at the health department on Wednesdays. Please bring the child's vaccine record and, if applicable, health insurance information.

All immunizations are free; payment from insurance is collected when available. Other health department services will not be affected.
