Lied Library meets accreditation conditions

The State Library of Iowa has announced the Lied Public Library in Clarinda has met the conditions for state accreditation.

Library Director Andrew Hoppman is very excited about the recognition.

Iowa's accredit public libraries are recognized for being responsive to their communities and for exhibiting excellence in their provision of library services. The accreditation status is valid through June 30, 2026.
