Motorcyclist seriously injured in Caldwell County wreck

CAMERON, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a motorcyclist is in the hospital with serious injuries after a wreck in Caldwell County.

The Patrol says 49-year-old Daniel Edwards was riding a 2011 Harley on Route BB, two miles east of Cameron.

Around 1:10 p.m. Sunday, an unknown vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic, causing the motorcyclist to travel off the road and strike a ditch.

Edwards was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. No other details have been released.
