ATLANTIC, Iowa - One Iowa town is gearing up for a big weekend. The Atlantic Chamber of Commerce is pulling out all the stops for Atlantic Fest tomorrow. Events start at 8 a.m. and go through the afternoon and evening.
Organizers of the event say that there's something for everyone, starting from road races and pancake breakfasts to car shows and food trucks.
There will also be live music from Dance Atlantic, Jenna Nau Music, and the Walnut Street Revival Band. The bustling day also includes kids' activities, pedal tractor pulls, bike rides, and a bags tournament.
Organizers are thankful for the collaboration between event sponsors, local businesses, and the city to put on the event.
