CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - The Chillicothe City Council has approved an ordinance to solve some storm water issues downtown.
City Administrator Roze Frampton says the problems have risen between Clay and Ann Streets, and Washington and Locust Streets.
The cost of the study will be about $10,000. The Council expects to see the results of the study in about 90 days, with recommendations and a cost estimate
