JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - In response to the ongoing drought, the Missouri Department of Agriculture has introduced new updates to their online Hay Directory, making it easier for livestock producers to find hay resources.
With the MDA Hay Directory, sellers and buyers can connect and ensure hay availability for their livestock. The directory can be filtered by county or state and offers various options like hay type, bale weight, and lab analysis.
Director of Agriculture Chris Chinn expressed gratitude for providing resources to producers statewide during these challenging times. For more information and to access the directory, visit agriculture.mo.gov.
