SPICKARD, Mo. - The Missouri State Highawy Patrol says a 56-year-old Spickard man is in serious condition after a motorcycle wreck.
The Patrol says Richard Tharp was driving a 2014 Harley 72 on Route B, four miles west of Spickard.
At 9 p.m. Tuesday night, a deer entered the road and the Harley struck the animal Tharp, who didn't have a safety device on, was ejected. Tharp was taken to University Hospital in Columbia by MU Air Medical.
