Maryville city council approves dog park agreement

MARYVILLE, Mo. - The first steps towards a new dog park were taken at this week's Maryville city council meeting.

The city council approved a standard agreement for engineering services with Cook, Flatt and Strobel Engineers for the Sunrise Bark Dog Park Project at Monday night's meeting.

The $33,000 contract will provide topographic survey and design for the park which is expected to be located on the east side of Sunrise Park in Maryville. The plan is for the dog park to be 250 feet by 250 feet.
